Are they easy to use at home, by yourself?

Should I use several devices at the same time?

Will it hurt or damage my skin?

Our devices offer adjustable intensity levels for suction, massage, and heating, ensuring safety for beginners. Temporary red bruises may occur, indicating effectiveness, but they fade quickly and are harmless. Remember to sanitize before each session and avoid broken skin.

Are they rechargeable?

Each device comes with a USB Type-C charging cable, taking about 3 hours to fully charge and providing up to 9 sessions of 20 minutes each at maximum setting!

Can the same device be used on multiple people? Are they easily sanitized?

Our models have a removable cup for easy sanitization. Wipe or hand wash with disinfectant. Clean the centerpiece with alcohol-based solution. Cuppers are safe for multiple individuals after thorough cleaning.

What is the recommended usage?

Always sanitize cup components before use with a disinfectant wipe. Apply essential oils if desired. Beginners start with low suction and heat (levels 1-4) for 5-10 minutes. Adjust based on tolerance. Advanced users may use higher levels (up to 12) for 20 minutes. Multiple cuppers can enhance efficiency.

Do not use on broken skin (cuts, open wounds, etc.), and if you have a history of medical concerns, skin conditions, or are injury-prone, it's advisable to consult with your physician before incorporating cupping therapy into your routine.

Covek™ proudly offers Free Worldwide Shipping! While we ship to most countries, delivery to military areas and some smaller countries is unavailable due to postal constraints.

How long does shipping take?

I made a mistake on my shipping address, can I change it?

You can usually update your shipping address within 12 hours. Please promptly contact us with your order number and the correct address, providing as many details as possible for faster processing.

While we can't guarantee catching your order before processing, we'll try our best to help. Use 'Urgent: Change Order Details' in the subject line to speed up the process. If your order has been dispatched, contact the postal service directly.

Will I get a tracking number after I place my order?

Absolutely! Your order includes a tracking number sent via email. Easily track it on our site by clicking here. Once you receive the shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, your order is on its way. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking numbers to update, as it depends on the shipping carrier and our order volume.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you'll get an email with your tracking number and carrier link. For tracking or delivery issues, contact the courier. Tracking visibility may take 1-4 days. If tracking doesn't update, your order is still on its way. Contact us if concerns arise after estimated delivery. Track your order here!

I think my package was stolen. What do I do now?

Covek™ isn't responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier decides if it's safe to leave your order at your delivery address. See our Refund Policy for details.

Can I cancel my order?

Once placed, Covek™ orders cannot be canceled due to our automated process for swift distribution. Review your items carefully before finalizing your order. Thank you for understanding.

Can I buy multiple products in a single order?

Certainly! Add products to your shopping bag, click "Checkout" when ready, and access the cart via the bag icon. Scroll down to "Checkout" for a convenient review and addition of extra items, saving time.

Will I receive my items in one package?

Due to logistics, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages for better packaging. Thank you for your understanding during delivery.

I received an email saying that I have to verify my order details. What does that mean?

Our secure payment system prioritizes safety and may temporarily hold orders if fraud is detected, such as with credit cards from different countries. If flagged, we'll contact you for verification. Please respond to ensure a smooth, secure transaction.

💳 PAYMENT

I recently purchased an item online and now it's discounted. Can I get the discounted price?

Prices on the website may change without notice. Orders made before promotions start are not eligible for new discounts. We reserve the right to cancel orders for unauthorized, altered, or ineligible offers. Additionally, we may modify or cancel promotions due to unforeseen issues.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay. We do not accept checks or money orders.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged upon order processing. Banks may hold funds for up to 30 days post-authorization — refer to their policy. For debit cards, verify daily withdrawal limits with your bank. Covek™ may request additional ID and will email you if needed.

I have not received my refund yet, why is that?

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company first. Refunds can take time to process. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

What currency will be used when I place my order?

Our website displays prices in your chosen currency, but all transactions are processed in US Dollars. International orders are subject to your bank's exchange rate. Refunds return the full amount to your original payment method. We're not responsible for exchange rate differences.
