ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Upon placing an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with essential information, including the tracking number, courier partner, and estimated delivery date, will be sent. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive these emails.

PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order before shipping. Note that this processing time is separate from the shipping time, making the total delivery time the sum of both. Orders are shipped exclusively on business days (Monday through Friday). Any weekend or holiday orders will be processed the next business day.

COURIER PARTNERS AND TRACKING

We partner with reliable couriers for timely deliveries. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link for your package. Be aware that the delivery timeframe provided is an estimate and may vary based on location and courier availability. Tracking information may take 1-4 days to appear on the courier's website.

While we ensure reliable courier partnerships, we can't guarantee specific delivery timeframes. In the case of shipping delays, we'll collaborate to resolve the issue promptly.

SIGNATURES AND PACKAGE DELIVERY

Some couriers may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available, they may attempt redelivery or leave the package at a secure location. We're not responsible for issues arising from courier decisions to leave packages without a recipient.

If you anticipate being unavailable, arrange for an alternate signer or contact the courier for delivery adjustments. Once delivered and signed for, we're no longer liable for the package.

DAMAGES DUE TO COURIER HANDLING

While we pack products securely, courier handling may cause damage. If you receive a damaged package, report it to the courier and email us photos at support@covek.com. Damage caused by courier handling falls outside our refund policy, but we'll assist you in resolving the issue.

INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT ORDERS

Contact us at support@covek.com within 48 hours if your package arrives with missing or incomplete items. Depending on inventory, we may ship separately, covering shipping costs. If unable to replace, we'll issue a refund.

ORDER CHANGES AND ACCURATE SHIPPING DETAILS

Ensure accurate shipping details during checkout. Address issues prompt an email verification within 3 days. Failure to respond may lead to order cancellation. Email support@covek.com within 24 hours for changes.

DELAYED DELIVERY

While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. External factors, such as courier issues or product availability, may impact delivery. We'll notify you of any delays and provide assistance.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $50+

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 within the U.S. For orders under $50, alternative delivery fees apply, calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

For international orders, additional taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and not included in Covek's shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping with duties and taxes unpaid. Recipients are responsible for inbound duties, taxes, and customs fees. Check the table for courier partners, delivery timeframes, and tracking links by country.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Contact us at support@covek.com for assistance with lost or stolen packages. File a claim with the courier, as we're not responsible once handed over. We'll work with the courier on your behalf.
