Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond this timeframe, we may be unable to accommodate the request as the order enters processing. Refunds for canceled orders within 24 hours will be processed within 10 business days.

Returns and Refunds

Unused items in their original packaging are eligible for a 30-day return. We do not refund used, worn, or damaged items. If outside the 30-day window or without valid reasons, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. To initiate a return, email us at support@covek.com within 30 days, providing your order number and reason. All returns must be approved before shipping. Customers cover return shipping, unless the item was damaged upon receipt.

Upon receiving your return, it may take up to 10 business days to inspect the item. After confirming good condition, allow up to 40 business days for the refund process. Refunds are processed in USD. Customers are responsible for fees associated with foreign currency transactions or exchange rates.

Product Concerns

Follow proper usage instructions and safety precautions provided with your product. Failure to do so may result in damage or injury, for which we cannot be held responsible. We do not issue refunds for items damaged through normal use or misuse. If you experience discomfort, discontinue use and contact us at support@covek.com.

Damaged Items

Notify us of damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. Email support@covek.com with a clear photo of the damage. We'll determine eligibility for a replacement at no cost. We do not refund or replace items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive for timely deliveries, we're not responsible for delays outside our control. Contact the courier directly for assistance with any delivery issues. We're not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Fraud Prevention

To prevent fraud, we verify billing and shipping addresses, monitoring transactions for suspicious activity. If fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the customer.
